Sometimes it happens that, as you copy and paste emails from one side to another, you end up with duplicates, taking up space. This problem gets bigger when you add spam, which innundates you with duplicate mail. In these cases you need a tool like Duplicate Email Deletor.
Duplicate Email Deletor is a plug-in to add to MS Outlook (it works with versions 2000, 2002, 2003 and 2007) that deletes all the duplicate mails you have.
In the Duplicate Email Deletor configuration options you can specify if it deletes all of them or not, or just moves them to a specific file. You can even have it so that the program just marks them as duplicates so you can later decide what to do with them.
